These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by All Painting Plus 2 LLC (“we, ” “us, ” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
We provide painting services, including but not limited to interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, deck and fence staining, and drywall repair. Specific services and pricing are detailed in our separate service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept [List accepted payment methods, e.g., cash, checks, credit cards].
4. Project Scope
The scope of work for each project will be outlined in a written agreement signed by both parties. This agreement will detail the specific tasks, materials, timelines, and payment schedule.
5. Warranty
Our exterior painting projects are covered by a 5-year transferable labor warranty. The warranty details are outlined in our separate service agreements.
6. Liability
We strive to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from unforeseen circumstances or acts of God. Our liability is limited to the contract price.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
