Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the All Painting Plus 2 LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
All Painting Plus 2 LLC provides professional painting services including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, deck and fence staining, drywall repair, and commercial painting throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of consultation. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project. Any changes will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work begins.
Warranty
We provide a 5-year transferable labor warranty on all residential painting projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by subsequent contractors or homeowners
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Settlement cracks or structural movement
- Manufacturer defects in paint or materials
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Scheduling and Cancellation
We strive to complete all projects as scheduled. Weather conditions may affect exterior project timelines. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled work may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Limitation of Liability
All Painting Plus 2 LLC's liability is limited to the cost of the contracted services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Insurance
All Painting Plus 2 LLC maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of All Painting Plus 2 LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.
